• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the underlying AI models or algorithms
• Use automated systems to access the service without authorization

Intellectual Property Rights

You retain all rights to the original content you upload to Project Atelier. By using our service, you grant us a license to process your uploads to generate AI designs.

The AI-generated outputs are yours to use commercially, subject to our fair use policy. Project Atelier retains ownership of the underlying AI models and platform technology.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

Project Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
